Commissions
Though I mostly paint portraits, I am also open to Landscape paintings. I paint in oils on canvas and use mediums such as safflower oil, turpentine, "Zest it", and White spirit to paint with a slightly impasto and expressive style. I have included a range of examples to give you some insight into my style and prices. Prices depend on the subject matter, materials, scale and optional framing.
Options:
Mediums: Oil paint or Acrylic paint, in colour or monochrome
Painted on: Canvas, Board, Cartridge Paper
Scale: A5 to A1, specific sizes and square canvases are possible
Subject: People or Landscapes, clear images to work from are essential
Prices: start from £40 for A5 acrylic and increase depending on the scale and medium.
I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before starting the piece.
Please allow anywhere between 1 week and 1 month for paintings to be completed. Though I work quite quickly, I have been known to ponder the finishing touches on some artworks.
